Blake: Hi, my name is Blake with Happy Buy Homes, and today I wanted to talk to you about selling your house fast in a slow market. There are three different ways that you could sell your house fast, but I’ll be honest with you, two of the ways really aren’t that fast.

One, you could sell it yourself. The downside selling it yourself is you have to put a lot of energy into marketing it and there’s not going to be a lot of buyers knocking on your front door from that sign out front. Two, you could use a realtor. The problem with a realtor is a lot of times they have several different listings that they’re trying to market at the same time and they may not have necessarily the time or energy to put into your particular property to get it to sell quickly.

Honestly, the third and best route would be to sell it to someone like myself. I buy houses as-is and for cash, so you wouldn’t have to put any money out of your pocket into that property. I could close honestly and as little as seven days.
